Our Process
Hitchcock Home Inspections understands the complexity of how a home Inspection can affect a real estate transaction and can be there to help guide you through the process with experience. We take pride in providing a thorough inspection with an easy-to-read and easy-to-understand report detailed for each home, not just a generic report.
Hitchcock Home Inspections wants you to clearly understand every necessary aspect of the home inspection, and is always willing to take the needed time to discuss the report, answer questions, and address any concerns.

FRANK MORELLI
SC Residential Building Inspector #49792
Our lead inspector and owner has a long background in residential building and property assessment and inspection. He has worked in the industry since 2015 and has many lifelong experiences in the construction field.
After years of training and certifications, Frank founded Hitchcock Home Inspections in October 2021.
As well as being a thorough inspector, Frank is a Prescribed Fire Manager with the state of SC, conducting property management through controlled fire. He is an avid outdoorsman and quite a slouch as a golfer.
