Residential Building Inspector #49792
Our lead inspector and owner has a long background in residential building and property assessment and inspection. He has worked in the industry since 2015 and has many lifelong experiences in the construction field.
After years of training and certifications, Frank founded Hitchcock Home Inspections in October 2021.
As well as being a thorough inspector, Frank is a Prescribed Fire Manager with the state of SC, conducting property management through controlled fire. He is an avid outdoorsman and quite a slouch as a golfer.
We guarantee that you'll receive a high quality, thorough and accurate inspection based on the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. This includes serving you with honesty, integrity and without any conflicts of interest. This means Hitchcock Home Inspections services will be rendered without any intention of getting you to purchase unneeded repair, abatement or mitigation services.
